Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose of the Service

Kraftundnatur (hereinafter, "the Company") offers specialized technical consulting services in the development and implementation of industrial packaging materials and supplies based on high-strength cellulose pulp. Services include seminars on storage cost control, packaging logistics optimization, and chain of custody auditing of commercial raw materials.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the kraftundnatur.com website and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Of the Company: To provide consulting services with professional standards, maintain the confidentiality of client information, and deliver agreed-upon materials within established deadlines.

Of the User: To provide truthful and complete information for the provision of the service, comply with agreed payments, and not use the provided materials for unauthorized purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. The results of audits and seminars are technical recommendations and do not guarantee specific financial results.

5. Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Payments are made as agreed in each service contract. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are entitled to a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to administrative fees of 20% of the service value.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies provided during seminars and consultations are the intellectual property of Kraftundnatur. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 15 days' written notice. The Company reserves the right to suspend access to services in the event of a breach of these terms by the user.

8. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the website at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Samaná, Dominican Republic.
